Technique

The content of the order is the one specified in the order acceptance.

The acceptance of the order (product and price) by our company leads training of the sale and thus reservation of the contents of the order.

    Risk transfer: it is effective upon receipt of payment by Josap Sas (validation of remote payment by our bank, confirmation of transfer Paypal). Josap Sas offers insurance taken by it concerning the risks related to transport.
    Transfer of ownership: it is effective after payment and at the end of the withdrawal period mentioned in Article 6 of the GSC

The works or works sold on the www.litho.online website are for the most part limited edition 'editions d'art' and we pay particular attention to selling only available articles.

If, however, an order is placed for an item that has become unavailable, the sale can not be made. In case the payment is effective, we will fully refund the amount paid.


INVOICING, PAYMENT

The payment of your purchases can be carried out either:

by Credit Card or via the PAYPAL system.
This system accepts credit cards bearing the initials "CB", "Visa", "Eurocard Mastercard" "American Express"

The invoice of the products will be sent with each order. The customer guarantees Josap Sas that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the purchase order.


DELIVERY

1 / Conditions

The order is shipped upon receipt of payment on our Josap Sas company account.
The ordered items are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.

If the delivery address proves to be incorrect and forces our company to return the order to its warehouses, www.litho.online will be able to invoice the customer for the administrative and transport costs associated with returning orders. In this case, the starting point of the new delivery period will be linked to the receipt by www.litho.online of new information concerning the new address.

The parcel will be forwarded to the customer through our usual carrier or by the carrier indicated by the customer, if he has previously expressed the wish.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the package (s) upon delivery.

In all cases, the products travel at the risk and peril of the customer (§ 5). It is up to the latter to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and to formulate the usual reservations on the delivery note and, where applicable, the carrier by registered letter within 3 days of receipt of the product.

2 / Deadlines

The average delivery times in mainland France are generally 7 days from the date of shipment by Josap Sas, but it does not constitute a legal deadline of rigor and the responsibility of Josap Sas can not be engaged in case of delay.

Josap Sas reserves the right to cancel the order if it is unable to honor it and will inform the customer by any means at its convenience.

In case of late delivery, the customer will also be notified of the additional delay.

We will do our best to have your shipment delivered in accordance with our usual delivery times. Nevertheless, if we were not able to give you satisfaction, we specify to you that in no case the refund of the product will be able to be demanded to Josap Sas and that only the delivery service will be able, under the reservations emitted with the paragraphs 6.3 and 6.4, be reimbursed.

In case of non-compliance with our commitments and whatever the cause, Josap Sas will be held only to the reimbursement of the delivery service subject to the reservations set out above (Delayed Delivery) and in no event damages which the customer would come to rely on. These indirect damages and losses include any loss of income, profits, interest or markets and any loss related to the inability to use all or part of the shipment.

3 / Shipping costs

The delivery costs are fixed at 15 euros TTC per order shipped in Metropolitan France and Europe. They include the cost of packing and postage.

Delivery charges do not apply for orders made online and withdrawn in gallery (Paris 18th).

4 / Consequences of the transfer of risks

The content of the order travels at the customer's risk. In any case, Josap Sas can not be held responsible for the deterioration of the quality of the articles and their packaging caused during the transport time.

If the parcel arrived at the customer in bad condition or damaged, it must refuse the parcel. The carrier will be responsible for informing Josap Sas. Upon receipt of this information, Josap Sas agrees to refund the customer the lump sum provided by the carrier or the total amount of the article if insurance on the value has been previously subscribed.

If the package has not been refused, it is necessary to bring the usual reserves to the distribution company. We will then be able to make a recourse to protect our mutual interests.

If the customer has accepted the package without reservations, under no circumstances will he be able to demand the refund of the price of the damaged product or the delivery package.
